manual 所定義的自閉症是來自於DSM-IV-TR(2000)
在DSM-IV-TR(2000)中PDD包含：(待補充)

依據DSM-IV(2006)有關PDD分類如下
PDD包含：自閉症疾患(autistic disorder)、Rett氏疾患(Rett's Disorder)、兒童崩解性疾患(childhood disintergrative disorder)、Asperger氏疾患(Asperger's disorder)
